Inconsistent signal and no follow up

I joined Cell C thinking they were "consumer champions" but have come to realise that I was better off with my previous network. The signal at my house cuts out causing virtually all calls to drop after a couple of minutes. I often work from home and this has come to a point where I can no longer do my work as a result. What makes this even worse is the fact that I contacted Cell C via e-mail two weeks ago since the calls to their call centre kept dropping only to have no one bother to follow up!

I won't accept the excuse that you "tried to call me" Cell C as you could have left a voice mail, sms'ed me or even e-mail me.

This is unacceptable and has reached a level where I deserve compensation for my lost productivity. Check my call records and note the amount of calls that were dropped and had to be re-dialled. This afternoon between 15:00 and 16:00 is a shining example of how I had to cancel a teleconference because of your poor signal.

What a disappointment this journey with you guys has turned out to be.
