24 hour special deal not really 24 hours

I applied for a contract with the new Nokia Lumia 1020 on Friday and I know that deliveries will never take place on weekends, so I understand that and thought to myself that maybe on Monday or Tuesday at the latest, I will receive the phone and simcard. No contact was made from Vodacom's side to tell me that there may be a problem. please can someone help me to speed things up a bit? because free 24 hour delivery is turning into a week or two. it is unacceptable. here is the deal i applied for. my ref number is 14949003
