Shocking Customer Service!!

Telecommunications

Our company uses My Telnet as our switchboard telecommunications company.
And it is safe to say we have never experienced such awful customer service!!

Any business is debilitated when you cannot call out or receive calls!

We reported our offline switch board and land lines mid day yesterday and were told a technician will arrive by Friday (this) morning. After being told 4 times I will be called back & NEVER being called back, I was promised a technician by 3.30. Two working days lost!! and I am told it might get done by MONDAY!!
Again I yell and complain about the useless service and now I am told he will definitely be here today! by a supervisor who I had to ask 3 times to speak to and who honestly sounded as though I was simply bothering her.

It is now 3.50pm, no technician has arrived and I am on hold after calling YET AGAIN to find out where the technician is!!

PATHETIC!
