TELKOM BAD SERVICE/ RE-INBURSEMENT

3 MARCH 2013 MY ADSL LINE WAS JUST CUT WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION FROM TELKOM. I RUN A BUSINESS WHERE MY ADSL LINE IS MY BREAD AND BUTTER. FROM THE MONDAY TO THE FRIDAY I HAD BEING CALLING IN TO THE CALL CENTRE WHERE I GOT ANSWERS AND WAS SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST. THEY EVEN TO ME REGARDING NOT BEING ABLE TO GET HOLD OF THE TECHNICIAN WHO WAS SUPOSEDLY WORKING ON MY LINES. THE TECHNICIAN CHANGED FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT. THEY TO ME OVER THE PHONE
MY LINE WAS OFF FOR A WEEK AND A HALF NO BUSINESS, LOST CUSTOMERS, AND I NEEDED TO PAY MY RENT AND STAFF WHICH I AM STILL TRYING TO GET TO DO.!!! THEY CREDITED ME A STUPID R59.00 FOR A WEEK AND HALF OF BUSINESS LOST, IT WAS THEIR FAULT NOT MINE. MY LINES ARE STILL DROPPING, GOING ON AND OFF, IT IS SLOW SLOW.. I GET TOLD THAT TECHNICIANS IN CAPE TOWN ARE SLOW THEY NEED TO BE BEGGED TO DO THEIR JOBS, - THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM I DID NOT EMPLOY THEM, THEY ARE A SERVICE PROVIDER AND THE SERVICE I AM GETTING IS PATHETIC.
I STILL HAVE A CROSS LINE AFTER IT WAS FIXED LIKE FIVE TIMES?
I WANT TO BE RE-INBURSED FOR MY WEEK AND A HALF OFFLINE. I LOST BUSINESS AND I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS I SENT
