Vodacom
They splites water on my phone

I'm had problem of touch screen on contract phone (sony ericsson T), I could not use it because due to screen not responding, I took it to the vodacom store on 07/10/13 at greenstone, they booked it in for repair, ref 9261106 was given to me and I was told that it will take 3 to 4 weeks.
After 3weeks I made a call to check how far with it, the guy who deals with repair, known by Ruan told me that my phone is still at repair centre... ok fine.
When I call again after somedays, I was told Ruan is not in, call tomorow, I called the following I got Ruan and he told me that my phone is repaired but is delivered to wrong store from repair centre then I asked him when will I get it, he said it takes a week, because it must go via repair centre before it can get to him.
On wednesday 13/11/13 got this sms (Job number 9261106 has been received by VODACOM REPAIRS FOURWAYS MALL2 (011) 4656716))
I called fourways mall, they told me dat they just got it today (13/11/13) from Green stone mall.
I called Ruan after fourways mall he admitted that my phone was never send. I don't know wether Ruan was using my phone or what.
Today he called me, informing my phone is unrepairable and has water marks.
