No Service in store

Good day!
I was so disappointed when i went back to the Fourways branch! Nothing has changed with the new look, well for me. I was ready to get a treadmill, Rowing machine and a bench/work station, besides that I had odds and ends in my trolley which included a PVR. I stood and waited at the gym section and eventually i saw someone in uniform and asked if she would help me, she then shouted a name Mervyn or Melvyn or something. There was someone setting up a bike for the store, not a customer. She said he would help us, and he looked at us, so I assumed he had acknowledged us as they had just had a conversation between them. However we stood and stood and stood and eventually I decided to leave empty handed. This is the 3rd time this has happened in your fourways branch. I really thought that the change in store would bring about an improvement in service, but no, nothing has changed.
Where should I go to purchase these items which totaled - R12000?
What irritates me the most is you had treadmills on specials for 2500 that are now 4000 or so I gather from the latest brochure. This is the closest store to me, what a pity!
