I took my phone for a software re-installment on Monday, and was told that by Tuesday round about the same time my phone will be ready for collection. Tuesday I went back to the store to fetch my phone and I was told that my phone was not ready and that they'll sms me when it will be but it should be ready by Wednesday. So Wednesday I went to pick up the phone to find that my phone still was not ready and was told that the computer that they use to install software has gone for repairs and they hoping to get it back either that afternoon or Thursday but once they get the computer it won't take long for them to reinstall my software. Thursday I heard nothing from them as well as Friday. I'm not impressed with their level of service delivery, I was told by the store I got my phone from that I should take it to the Nokia store because their store takes longer to fix whereas the Nokia store takes only 2 days. It annoys me that it has taken this long to fix my phone and I don't understand why they did not just tell from the get go that their computer has gone for repairs and that I can bring it in another day because now it's been almost a week and I still don't have my phone.
