I booked for service on thursday with thandi and confirmed with her that i will bring my car in on monday (06.05.2013). I could not make it to the dealership, the moment i got to the office i then phoned to let them know that i will bring it in today the guy i spoke to then asked what my car registeration is i gave him the details he then said the job card is with him. This morning i get there and there is no job card ready, I got there at about 07:10 and had to wait for the job card to be found. I was not willing to give the details again its costing me my time because i called on thursday and even confirmed. Finally the job the card was "found" now I wait for the driver to take me to work. I think there people there should be trained and also accomodate customers. Why should i get to the delearship at 07:00 if i will wait so long for the driver? Other delaerships like fourways you dont wait the driver wait for you to be done. They must get more drivers to take people to work. It is time consuming to travel with 3 other people to drop them off at their work place I should be at work by 07:30 and i did let thandi know when i did the booking. Instead i got to the office late!!!
