My contract was coming to an end in 1 December 2013, and I opted to cancel. then received a call from the Agent Simphiwe offering me an upgrade. i then took it up, and was advised it would be delivered within 3 days since i was in the same office park with Nashua Head office. waited up until 7day and decided to cancel contract since package wasn't getting delivered and wasn't willing to pass my 7 day period.then he sent me form to complete and advised me it was cancelled. only to find today being the 21 November 2013 that i am liable to pay contract up until 1 December 2015. if this is a way you do business I'm worried. I've been on the phone for 60 minutes trying to resolve this with no luck. i am now contacting Consumer watch about this matter as i have recordings on all conversations done during this upgrade.
