December 2013 i called Nashua mobile to let them know i wish to cancel and terminate my contract, i was told to call back after the 20th December 2013. i did so and was advised they will have a consultant from their termination office to call me concerning my request. i waited and i can i tell you i actually had to call them to follow up. further on the 6th of January i called and was advised there is a termination form i must complete and send back to them, i did so on that day and was told i will not be billed any longer and the contract will be terminated. (i still have records for this day)
but to my surprise i got a bill that says i owe them R 500 and that is with the number i have terminated, they actually decided to not terminate the contract and now i am billed for a sim card i no longer have?
as we speak i have been holding on to speak to someone for almost 20 min now i decided to just drop the call. i am still waiting for feedback from a consultant who requested me to forward them the email of the 6th January and they said Ms Maphutha we will get back to you before end of business today, its the following day and still i had to call them... bad service!!!
