I had a pay as you go number and wanted to port it to contract. 3weeks went by and nothing had happened. I phoned vodacom and was told that I had a contract and was given a new number, they never ported my number and where charging me for a new contract that I didnt want. Now they have ported my pay as you go and not refunded me for a contract that I did not want. I have made several calls and been shifted from customer care, to vodacom direct, to accounts for three months and nothing has been done. As far as I'm concerned they have misled and mistreated me as a valued customer. If this does not get resolved I will close my existing contract and go somewhere, where I am valued.
