RIDICULOUS ADMIN FEE OF R150 FOR ONLINE UPGRADE AP

I applied online to upgrade my Vodacom Contract. The upgrades department then gave me a call indicating an Upgrade fee of R150. I was surprised, as no such fee was indicated when I applied online. Why should I pay an admin fee of R 150 when I applied online, and no such fee was reflected on the websites, nor tye packages terms and conditions
