Cancellation of contract an money being deducted

My contract ended in September. money R279 was deducted in October and in November R338 was deducted. On the 15 November I went to MTN in Waterfront was told to call 808 and cancel c. No one before mentioned to me i must call in to cancel. If a customer does not respond to and upgrade message is it not obvious the customer does not want to upgrade? I then call 808 on the 16 november i am told cancellation department is closed and they will be open at 7am monday morning. I call after 7 and them I am told they open at 8 . I call again the consultant puts me through to cancellation and I wait 15 minute no one answers then I wait 20 minutes no one answers. I then ask about the R338 I am told it is for BIS I lost the blackberry a few months ago but they want to charge me for BIS i never gave permission for it to be added a consultant then remove the BIS. I now see they have added another R100 and 25 sms which I do not want or use the only reason the sim card is in a cellphone is so that I can call mtn. I am not going to accept another deduction! now i am told it cannot be reversed i tried calling before cut off date but never got through so is it my fault?
