Cancellation Of Contract upgrade

On the 18th of February I was called by one of the consultant from Vodacom Rewards notifying me that they have done an upgrade on my contract that is supposed to end this May 2013. I told him that I don't want an upgrade but he said they have already done it and If I want to cancel it, I need to call them within 14 days. I did call them to cancel but they did not answer their phones. I went online to chat with their client and they told me that the matter will be escalated to the upgrade division and that they will call me withing 24hrs (S3-TJH3L-LJ3XZ). They didn't so I went to their customer service in Menlyn and when they call Rewards they promised to call me within 10 days. They called me on Monday the 30th of April and told me they will cancel the upgrade until now they didn't. My problem now is that they still take my money out of my account for an upgraded contract I did not apply for, I did not agree to in the first place and they don't want me to cancel it. Please help
