11 Months and still waiting

I have logged so many calls with your call centre without getting nowhere closer to an answer or a resolution. The problem we are facing is an installation of an ADSL/Telephone line at our residence in Rynfield Benoni. We have applied on 28th of January 2013 and still waiting. The only response we get from your call centre (and on my Telkom internet profile) is that there is no infrastructure and the order is being executed. Funny thing is, we had an ADSL line a few years ago in the same residence, which I had disconnected as a result of us letting our property out to tenants for a while. We were told that we had to wait till April 2013 as the new financial year kicked off and budgets would be in place to improve the infrastructure. We are now in November. I can honestly not believe that it takes 11 Months to add some more fibre optic cables to supply house hold residence with telephone and ADSL communication lines? We are making use of a Telkom wirless tel with limited DATA per month which we are not able to ustilise using Apple Mac computers and this is not working for us. I feel cheated as a customer not getting what i want from you my service provide
