No help from Blanche opperman

I wrote a complaint on hello peter on the 31/10 asking for someone to cotnact me reagrding my blackberry that is now giving me problems - and way Blanche ooperman contacted me and i told her i actaully cannot speak to her during office hours she needs to either call me before or after work - or get someone to call me if she cant. anyway she mailed me on the 4/11 and told me she cant get hold of me (ofcoz not you cant during office hrs).. i replied on the 11/11 and re-iterating the above about being available during office hours, so no reply from her - i follow up this morning and she replies saying and i quote "Good day Wedaad,

Please call our Technical Department on 084 1555 555 for further assistance, if the problem is not sorted, then please take the handset to your nearest Cell C store, to be booked in for repairs.

Guys this was the problem - y must i book my phone in for 6 weeks for repair if i am due for an early upgrade on the 28th november? Surely this does not make sense - does it?
