Query on Upgrade no being answered

I have had a contract with Cell C for nearly 12 years, my upgrade was always due in November, as per upgrade policy I am due for the upgrade on month 21, now for the second time I am been told that it is 20 December. I do the query using *147# and the response I get is 20 November, please explain this. I have also sent a query to Cell C this morning and asked to be called with an explanation, they have tried calling me but at the time I was on a call and couldn't take the call, I would think that they would try again this is what is expected not just ignore you if for some reason you haven't taken the call, I also supplied my email which they could acknowledge that they did try calling me and give me the reason why the change of dates.
If you need to call me please call me on the number supplied on my query to you and not the Cell C number in question
