Good day

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Cell C and their customer service. Firstly, my account was debited in error during the month of December 2012, when I had called to query this I was told that it's due to me upgrading, of which I did not upgrade. I received an upgrade in July 2011. Since 3rd January 2013 I've logged 3 different case calls with their Call Centre, and until this day I have not had a positive response from them. Every follow up I've made, ended up in a stuff-up (to be very blunt) due to each agent telling me a different story. I can't understand why I NEED to constantly follow up, whereas their turn-around time is 24 - 48 hrs working days. It is the 29th of the month and soon they will be debiting my account for the month of January 2013, without resolving my query.
I've been with Cell C for the past 8 years, and I cannot begin to stress my irritation with this matter. I've been far too lenient.
