I wrote an email via Cell C website asking when a phone ordered a month ago would be available, as I was now overdue for an upgrade. I asked if it will not be soon, that my billing would be on their new call rate of 99c, as I am still paying the old rate. I got an automated response on 7 Mar saying my query would be answered within 24-48 hours. I subsequently sent a second email to which I had a response on 9 Mar with the same promise. This is the third time I have put a complaint on Hello Peter, and I have discovered this is the only way to get a reply from Cell C!!!
