I am appalled by the disgusting customer service received at MTN Galleria. I have upgraded to an Anytime 200 package (399 per month) & whilst I understand that this is an open contract, my bill has amounted to several thousands monthly. When I confronted MTN Galleria to give me a breakdown of the bill and to place limits on my phone, all I get is arrogance, followed by a shrug of the shoulders & we cant do anything to help or I would have to pay R9200.87 if I wish to cancel... if I had that amount of cash collecting dust somewhere, I wud pay that it an instant & cancel with MTN & encourage everyone in my contact list to do the same. Furthermore, I am being billed for a BIS service that I cancelled 5 months ago & which my handset does not support anyways. Incompetence & poor service is what I experienced & im sure I an not the only unsatisfied customer. MTN gives a about their clients but sure do love their money. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED OR MIGRATED TO A TOP UP PACKAGE!!!
