I upgraded my voice package to a data package on the 14 of January 2013. Till today nothing has been done about it. Every time I get to the shop, they tell me that the system is offline or that they are busy with it, I have to be patient or that the person who worked with it made a mistake and that I would just have to wait to get this sorted out. In the meanwhile I pay more that I should because the data package is cheaper than the voice line contract I had. But when you talk about the costs involved they just shrug their shoulders and say that they can't do anything about it. I am sick and tired of this incompetence and poor customer service.
