I have 6 contracts with Nashua Mobile for various items. Firstly I took out a contract for a phone where I received R175.00 air time and 100 sms. They supposedly stopped this package and changed it to a business chat 120 without my knowledge or consent and for a year they billed me for this new package but I continued receiving the airtime and sms's not the minutes like the contract was supposed to come with. Suddenly last month they decided they had made a mistake and without informing me charged an extra R400.00 to my account. The contract expired at the end of the month and I took a day off work to go into their Claremont branch to have this contract cancelled and migrated to a pay as you go service as I was not paying for their incompetence again with this business contract. I was promised it was done and I even took out another contract in its place for a Nexus 7. This month I notice the contract still has not been cancelled and talking to their customer services they cannot see any paperwork for the cancellation and once again I have to take the flak for their incompetence. If this continues and they do not sort it out I will cancel all contracts with them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
