I cancelled a contract (bad service/ activity) with the Galleria MTN store more than a year ago. I was billed for the contract on a monthly basis for about 8 months after that. To date I still am trying to make contact with "Reshma" - wonder if she even exists! The refund has been "in process" since November 2012...??? And today again... Resma not in...(I think I want her job)... hopefully I get a call today...
