I have been battling to sort out a bill since December 2012. I have been in email and phone contact with Blanche Opperman of Cell C no fewer than 27 times. It was a Cell C error. It is impossible to speak to anyone. It is impossible to get any reply. And now I am handed over for debt collection???
The only reason Blanche Opperman contacted me was because I posted a complaint on Hello Peter on 2nd April because after multiple visits to Cell C I got nowhere. She has not returned my emails for months. No one takes phone calls. What does one do?
It is an outrage.
