Telecommunications

Sent through a complaint, twice through peter dot com, this being the third one, and received responses both times through the website. The last one was promising me that Blanche Opperman would contact me on the same day (27 June 2013), today is the 5 July, still no one has contacted me to explain why nearly 3 months of airtime disappeared from my phone and Cell C insisting that I used it on internet usuage.
I do not want to speak to Blanche, I want to speak to somebody that can acuatly give me an explanation as to what happened to airtime that I paid for every single month and not give me "step in line" attitude, that I have been receiving from Blanche'. This is disgusting that on my 3rd attempt via this website this is STILL not cleared up???
