We have cancelled our internet because we were given the wrong information when we took the contract out, and the sales person even said bad things about another company (name i wont mention) just to sell it to us, and did not give us what we asked for, so when we wanted to cancel it was said that everything was already put through and we did not want all the drama with cancelling (info was wrong, was not activated like they said) so we went through with the contract, just to find that we actually really just through money down the drain, WE CANCELLED our contract. After paying R 1600 cancellation fee on the 11th of November (it takes 48 hours to cancel) we phone mtn customer care, and our contract was never cancelled, only 20 November the system shows that they cancelled it. furthermore we get another 1100 bill. so glad im now done with MTN, looks like service worsen by the day.
