Two weeks ago I notice a huge drop in line speed, can no longer stream, web pages taking several seconds to load, emails taking ages to download etc.

log ticket.
1. 12 Nov if you dont respond to this in 48 hours we will close it.. ok respond yes this is a problem, that's why I sent the mail..
2. send us a tracert, speedtest & speedtest on [URL Removed] ok do that..
3. we need to verify you have an issue please use the Telkom guest account.. ok do that..
4. (14 Nov) eventually get sent the Telkom guest account details after requesting it..
5. 16 Nov please note your ticket will be closed in 24 hrs if we do not recieve a response from you... What? YES I HAVE AN ISSUE!
6. 16 Nov thanks for contacting us, this is an automated response.. blah blah blah
7. Please note that if you use the telkom guest account you cannot browse the web.. well thanks Kevin.. you told me to test with it..
8. Thanks for your ticket, please provide us with the telkom guest account speed test??? AGAIN already sent on the 14th and 18th.. but I send it again.. on the 20th..
9. Today 21st.. I get a mail from Webafrica asking ME if Webafrica should log a line fault with Telkom??!!
Seriously just trying to annoy?
