MTN not getting back to me/awsering calls

I have contacted Boitumelo Tumi Mokgara on the 11/11/2013 and tried every day since, you cant even leave a message because her message box is full followed by numerous emails and even contacted the call centre on Monday and spoke to Balesa Motsepe for Boitumelo Tumi Mokgara's manager to contact me, seems as though Boitumelo Tumi Mokgara's manager is more than likely the reason his/her staff is inefficient as he/she also doesn't get back to customers. I have given notice to migrate my number over to MTN and am concerned i will loose my number, I will be holding MTN liable if this is the case. This is an urgent matter could i please be helped and spend money with MTN, sad to have to beg to spend money with a supplier.
