Provident Fund Feed Back

Good day,

My sister passed away some 3 months ago, The company that she work for Resolution Health has made Contact with a lady call Tumi Kekana, for her provident fund (011 846 3582) [Email Removed]

Sometime last month they were so fed-up because this Tumi don't respond or give feedback to them, They than gave me the details I tried phoning everyday on that phone number I have sent several emails with read receipts This Tumi opens my emails but she doesn't respond to any of the emails.

It is a bit frustrating for Us not to receive any feed back of any kind.

Please advise.
