An absolute Angel

Tumi is an asset to JSN Motors. Every time I drop off my vehicle for a service I am welcomed by a smiling, pleasant Tumi who is ready to arrange a lift to the drop off point and a beverage of choice. Last week I had to wait for my vehicle in the afternoon. As my vehicle was ready and I went to the service advisor, Tumi helped me pack up my laptop and packed my extra items I had into my vehicle. That is certainly going the extra mile. Well done Tumi, keep smiling. I hope the management at JSN Motors are notified of this staff member going the extra mile.
