Cancellation quotation

I called mtn to get a cancellation quotation for my contract as it needed for court case. I spoke to tumi rakweni who was very rude she was speaking over me and she totally refused to transfer me to cancellation and when i asked for the number she said theres no direct line. So i decided to call again still i was unlucky i spoke to boitumelo ngobeni who then told me that cancellation is closed because they attending a year end function. Im so disgusted with mtn service. I took a contract for someone and that person is not paying me therefor the court wants a proof of the total amount i owe so i put a claim then i will continue paying the contact.
