Tumi Maupa is a competent young lady who helped me with regards to one of my employees accounts. What a pleasure! Well spoken and caring individual who went the extra mile to help me. She had to transfer me to a different department- but still took the time to come back to me to see if my problem was sorted out. Every company needs a Tumi!!! I haven't received service like that from a head office- ever! Compliments. What an awesome employee J.D.G.- you should be proud to have her on your team.
