On the 11th of January 2014 I went to Coricraft Clearwater I sow a sale of a sleigh bed with mattress you get free mattress cover and delivery at R7999.99. Tumi assisted us I told him I want this special however I will have money on Wednesday he said its ok we can come he don't know when the special is going end, I told him that I want it at the price he didn't give me quotation to secure a price. On Sunday the 19th of January I went back to Tumi I told him im back to buy the bed he said he need to confirm with his manager and his manager said no without getting my side of the story, I must say im very disappointed and angry the way they treat me . all I need it that special as the bed is still available and we don't mind the waiting period of 10 days as Tumi advice.
