I logged an online query on the 12Nov with Mtn. Re: contract data update. My account had not been updated with the agreed data as per our contract.
I then received the following response
We have received your complaint. Your reference number is MTN
REQ:2905212. I queried this and then received this response from MTN
Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN..
Please be advised that there has being a delay, your acc would be provisioned by tonight. 12nov

I have queried this as well and without fail MTN has breached their own contract. MY account still has not been updated / credited with the agreed data amount. This was 8 days ago.
Sort your out and fix my account. I've honored my agreement i suggest you do the same.
