Abnormal charges for data usage

Since I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung S3, I received accounts for almost double the amount I used to pay. all of a sudden I am out of data, and it seems that there are hidden costs which you will notice when enquire about the ridiculous amount of data used. If you dial the 111 number at Vodacom, the consultants are not able to listen to your message and request you to speak slower and slower.

I really think that Vodacom should explain the data bundles in detail and inform you about the calculations of the data fares, but most important... do not carry on with the service providing unless you get the client's permission to pay for the extra data bundles.
