I have a data contract with Vodacom and have been able to track my data usage via the Vodacom App or on the Vodacom website for the past 6 months. Balances are always ZERO

The call centre told me they have some accounts with problems and would add mine to the list so that they can look at it if they have enough complaints.

Not being able to monitor my data usage is unacceptable. I have bought additional data bundles on 2 separate occasion for the fear of running out when I need it most.
