NO DATA AS PROMISED- AGAIN!!

My service was suspended Monday the 27th of May 2013 temporarily because I had placed a call limit on the amount of usage on my number. This is understandable, but if VODACOM had activated my data bundle I purchased on the 22nd of May this would not have happened. I again bought data on the 28th of May, and still no data has been loaded on my number. How many R59 does VODACOM want me to purchase before I get my data. To add insult, I am now forced to use out-of-bundle rates until someone at VODACOM decides to sort this one out.

I tried using their "night-owl" allocation, but you know what, it does not want to kick in. So I am forced to use the more out-of-bundle trash. Not, because I have a back-up called IBURST. It is slower but more reliable. Know this VODACOM, I will not be renewing any of my contracts or anything like this. My switch from CELL C to you was a horrible expensive mistake. Not a month has passed that I did not have a query or was dissatisfied with my call costs, etc. I don't even want to speak about the faulty blackberry I am still paying off via my contract.

Disgusted.
