Pathetic Cell C Repairs Process

I switched to Cell C during Apr 2013 by taking out a 24 month contract (9 Apr 2013). On 31 Oct 2013, my cellphone just would not switch on anymore. I took it to the Clearwater Mall Cell C branch to be repaired. I called them the following week to provide my interim contact number 083 670 4150. I also emailed them with the details. The phone was returned to the Clearwater Mall branch without anyone notifying me via sms or e-mail, as the branch consultant, Thami, had incorrectly entered an 11 digit cellphone number. I contacted the Repairs department on 19 November only to find out that they had not fixed my phone due to "Find my iPhone" still being active. No one informed me about this. I proceeded to remove the "Find my iPhone" application online & visited the Clearwater Mall branch to find out what would be done now. The first consultant told me that the repairs would be for my account, which doesn't even make sense considering that Repairs had not said that. Her attitude was shocking & she has absolutely no idea how to provide client service. I complained & the Manager then intervened. I am now awaiting the response from Repairs.
