I received an e-mail stating that I owe MTN a R348.I migrated 2 cellphones on the same request to the pay as you go option. The first 1 was done correctly. I had to follow-up with the second phone. I phoned them today to sort this out. The first consultant said that I would get a callback from the supervisor within 15min - It's an hour later. The second time the consultant transfered me to retentions-I was on hold for 10min and hung up. I don't have the time to wait...
