Bongani hanged phone on me without resolving issue

I called Vodacom in December to query additional amount which was billed on my statement. The consultant Bongani failed to assist me and i requested to speak to the Supervisor, he then kept asking why i want to speak to the supervisor. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes and theafter he hanged up the phone and never bother to respond. The same incident happened today on the 14 January.

The issue is they are billing me for the handset which i do not have. I have cancelled this contract within the stipulated time because they were taking a long time to deliver the phone. Upon receiving the phone, which was after 6 weeks i immediately cancelled the contract and they accepted my cancellation. They sent their courier to collect the phone at my work. I gave them back the phone as it was delivered to me. They agreed that this contract will be cancelled. This happened in June 2013.

They have been billing me every month from then and i have been calling but with no success until i was transfered to a consultant by the name Bongani. I kept calling him, but he hanged the phone on me a couple of times.
