I had viewed a modem contract applied online strictly asked for top up not open line - modem was delivered but not on top up - i was advised by the call centre to put a limit or return the modem, went to the vodacom centre in gateway - advised me i would pay R200 for a R99 p.m contract for a 1 GB - I refused and called for the device to be picked up. had no call to advise me where the process stands - when i called customer care agents would hear my situation and when i continuously asked for a cancellation letter they would put me on hold and cut the call - I WAS CONTINUOUSLY TOLD I WOULD GET A CANCELLATION LETTER -2 WEEKS LATER STILL NOTHING NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL! YESTERDAY I CALLED IN AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO WEEKS - I AM DISSAPOINTED WITH VODACOMS SERVICE NEXT WEEK WILL BE ONE MONTH AND STILL NO SATISFACTION!
IS IT SO HARD TO HAVE AN EFFICIENT PROCESS FOR 1 CANCELLATION LETTER?
