I took out a Modem/ Data contract with Vodacom early this year only to find out that there is no network coverage around where i stay. I contacted Vodacom, a case was logged and i received feedback that there is no base station close to where i stay. I am unable to use the modem from home and yet kept on paying every month. I was advised by vodacom to cancel the contract as it will take a very long time to resolve the base station issue. I was promissed that there wont be any penalties for my cancellation ref no: 53-TS517-7PUJK. When i contacted Vodacom to cancel i was told by Mpho from the cancellation department that i have to pay 75% cancellation fee which is - R900 and was transferred to data department which also did not help.

I am getting sick and tired of this service. Please assist with matte
