I have yet to come across a company that manages to with each and every phone call. Regardless who you speak to, everybody manages to ad or twist a new lie. It is just short of one month, to deliver a simple sim card purchased through the online shop.
*They can't understand the concept of converting a prepaid sim card into a data contract. They claim to have done it capture nothing in the system.
*They fail to read that the sim card was Returned To Sender due to incorrect address THEY captured.
*They then claim delivery will take place (few days later) today, failing to see it was actually RTS. Question, initially RTS due to incorrect address, how will the supposed delivery take place?
*No Vodacom employee is capable to rectifying the delivery address.
*It is too much effort to follow up check why the delay, they expect customer to do the work on their behalf. Question: Who is receiving the salary?
*Managers and Supervisors are never available & constantly in meetings. Regardless the time of day.
*Vodacom shops refuse to assist with orders placed online, then being referred to Vodacom shop to purchase a sim card?! Can shops assist or not? Additional money spent by user?!?
