There was done on my account on the number 072 351 3179, i got confirmation by e-mail to say the case have been resolved. I called vodacom to close the account and to find out how much i need to pay, they told me for that contract number i need to pay 515.00 and 200.00 was credited into my account after the case was resolved, which mean i need to pay 315.00. Initially before the was done i was paying 279 pm on the account. I called to find out why am i paying more as they said the case was resolved and i couldn't get any answers they kept on transfering me to all this numbers. I called 0821946 spoke to Kgadiji then Itumeleng and others who i can't remmember their names they transfered me to 082114 where i spoke to Itumeleng, Elton who transferd me to his manager Lerato mogai who i spoke to on the 04/11/2013 and said will send me an e-mail or get someone to call me and no response. I called 082111 spoke to Zintle and she transfered me back to 0821946. So if Vodacom can't help to resolve this where am i suppose to get help.
