Harrassment continues!

On the 23 May 2013 I complained on Hello Peter about Vodacom harassing me for payment of an account which does not belong to me. Vodacom phoned me back and I thought the issue was resolved. I could not believe it when the harassment started all over again. On Wednesday 16th October 2013, I phoned and spoke to Gerald on the customer care number 0821946. He said the account belonged to some Afrikaans sounding name. I do not know this person. Have never met her or had any dealings with her. The voicemail from Vodacom says I must pay R920.50! I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM NOR HAVE I EVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM. I have a pay as you go phone. Gerald assured me that he had made a note against my mobile phone number and that I would not hear from the call centre again. This morning at 02h40 I received ANOTHER voice mail call from Vodacom. I am not a young person, have family overseas and find getting calls from a call centre at that hour of the morning distressing, frightening and annoying.
