IPhone 5s Delivery Issues

Ordered iPhone 5S online, was supposed to get the phone yesterday!!! Vodacom haven't even started with the shipping because they are waiting for nano sims (REALLY??? that is there excuse). I already have a nano sim and told them that when I have ordered last week Wednesday! Called them again today, they can't help me and actually are not interested in helping me anyways. This was same story two years ago, next time I will go to MTN! I am actually going to try my best to get out of Vodacom ASAP...
