Suspend account due to bad accounting

I have been with 8ta 2 years and have upgraded 3 months ago. Since I have upgraded I had one problem after the other Now they have suspended my account because they did not debited my account. Now they expect me to pay R1000 to have my phone switched back on. I have asked them to reconsider and take the full amount of my account the end of the month.
