I have had a contract with Nashua since November 2011; top-up and upgraded in September 2013. I opted for the open-end contract as it appeared to be cheaper at the time... NOT TRUE. I had initially been told I would be paying roughly R450 each month-but since September i have been paying more than R1000 each month-and the amount keeps growing. I asked for the contract to be capped at R 100 but that has never materialised since my line only still gets suspended at R600.
I have not been working since October 2013 and started work again in January so my account was arrears. I made arrangement with NUMEROUS Nashua Call Centre agents to make payments at the end of January and mid-February to clear my account and received feedback that my payment method had been switched from debit order to cash until my account is up to date. Surprisingly enough, on pay day; Nashua Mobile deducted R4288.51 from account. That was not the amount we had agreed on. That was not the payment method we had agreed on.
I still do not know how they got to that amount as my line has been suspended since the 10th of December 2013. I am frustrated and broke thanx to Nashua Mobile. I want answers or my money back!!!
