DONT TAKE OUT A 200 ANYTIME CONTRACT

I phoned MTN to port my number over. Decided on the 200 Anytime Contract as it WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE 200 sms. WHAT THEY FAILED TO TELL ME (AND WHICH WAS PICKED UP ON THE RECORDING) IS THAT YOU ONLY GET 25 SMS TO OTHER NETWORKS - THE BALANCE IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR MTN NUMBERS. SAME THING WITH THE 200 MINUTES!!! I took out this contract specifically for the 200 sms. THEY CHECKED THE ORIGINAL RECORDING AND ADMITTED THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT AND IT HAD NOT BEEN EXPLAINED TO ME ON TAKING OUT THE CONTRACT. I asked them to then change my contract to one that will suit my needs. No news to date. My contract is R299 per month. My bill came to R1001.98!!! I have spent in total 4 hours on the phone trying to sort this out. This morning I once again tried to phone the number that was given to me, when I select the option it just cuts out!!! I DO NOT WANT SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT - I WANT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR WHO CAN SORT THIS OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL AS MY BUSINESS IS NOW BEEN AFFECTED. ARE THEY GOING TO PAY MY BILLS AT THE END OF THE MONTH??? COME ON MTN - I EXPECTED THIS FROM ANOTHER NETWORK NOT YOU - THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I CHOSE YOU TO MOVE OVER TO.
