Hi, Firstly i have three contracts with Cell C and have been loyal for over 15 years! Contract 1 is R199 per month with 100 free minutes anytime and includes BIS (0845678138). Second i took for my daughter R100 pm with R115 airtime and i use R57 from there for BIS (0848622288). Third contract - which is the problem was for R299 with BIS and 100 anytime free minutes. the 9790 blackberyy was, so i appealed to you CellC to reduce the bill as i did not have a blackberry phone for 0846912033. I did not change contract details nor disconnect BIS. Yesterday i got a second hand blackberry 8520 and inserted the sim only to find i dont have BIS. i called the callcentre spoke to three people. The third one re-connected me to BIS but guess what, i am now paying R224 R37 for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. After being so loyal, you change my contract to my disadvantage. NO, please leave contract as it was R299 for 100 free minutes and BIS. I cannot belive that CellC would rip me off 30 free minutes instead of 100? Please revert to my contract with you - 100 free minutes not 30!!! Thanks Aruna 0845678138
